Coby has worked with teachers, delivering Professional Development sessions both within the school environment and at SERCT. 
Coby works with teachers during planning sessions to maximise their outcomes and direction. Coby currently works with the eUP team and is fully trained in the use of the program and how it can maximise curriculum planning.

Coby uses all her expertise during planning sessions with teachers, including her extensive knowledge of IWB’s, Thinking Curriculum, eUP, Inquiry Based Approach, Habits of Mind and Cooperative Skills.

The Curriculum Planning sessions are usually structured with Coby working with level teams, planning the units to come. These sessions vary in time but usually several hours per team maximises productivity.
